On Being Dogmatic

Everything in moderation. To include moderation.

Oscar Wilde

As you progress through life, you'll develop rules and heuristics that will comprise a framework you use to navigate work, life, and everything in between. As you use these values, remember that everything has an exception. Don't hold fast to any single rule, providing zero room for deviations. This leads down a path of "zero tolerance" and other rigid themes that are shown primarily in religion (mostly their less-pleasant forms, think dark ages Catholicism).

Hold fast to your values. But don't let them hold you back.
